Our fishing for the month of July was great! The Grand Cascapedia along with the Bonaventure fished very well, The Petite Cascapedia has been a little slower than usual but we did manage to catch a good few as well. The numbers of fresh salmon on the Petite Cascapedia seem to have picked up over the past week and August traditionally has a nice run. Salmon Lodge opened June 10th and from the start we have had great fishing. The Grand Cascapedia is in great shape and we have new fish entering the river everyday. During the first three weeks we have released fish daily. We are off to a great start and all indications point to another successful year.
